Hello I haven't posted in a while!
Depression has been hitting me harder than normal the past few weeks, which was convenient timing since I started feeling terrible as soon as I finished Habit 1 in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey.
I returned the audiobook so I could really practice and focus on Habit 1.
Depression is a disease like anything else so I'm trying my best to be proactive and to be positive despite my disease. It is honestly such a necessary contradiction to work to be positive when you have a disease that strives to keep you negative.
